About Lynne Murray

“THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX” has been the secret ingredient behind my accomplishments in life.

At 27, I bought a salon in Chicago and turned the business into a very successful day spa. Over the next 25 years, the company grew from one location into four and one employee into 41. Working with so many different personalities—employees and customers—broadened my ability to work with all kinds of people and help them identify goals and desires they didn’t even know they had. Helping individuals realize those goals took “thinking outside the box” and made me conscious that reaching their goals meant reaching my own. During those years, I gained a lot of patience, learned to ask questions and truly integrate the responses, often uncovering what might have seemed unimaginable.

As an accredited real estate appraiser, I have strong insight into the Santa Fe market and know how to value property here.

For many, buying or selling real estate means buying or selling a house. While some distinguish between a house and a home, the process of purchasing or selling property can include other unspoken dreams. However, that requires a leader who thinks and acts beyond the ordinary.

While running my own successful business, I performed a lot of coaching, training, and consulting, earning lots of recognition and awards in the process. I learned that, to be really successful, projects must possess a nurturing quality that requires elements of persistence and the dynamics of teamwork. When everyone brings his or her special talents to the team and feels good about their contribution, the outcome stands a much stronger chance of success.

Tenacity being one of my strongest characteristics, my intention is to serve as a hard-working, knowledgeable conduit for the buyer or seller to achieve their dreams and goals. Along the way, I strongly believe that the journey should result in a sense of adventure, filled with fun, joy, and friendship.
